Invented Games

TAWID KALAMANSI

(Most Haggard Game)

Reflections:
a.) The game was very tiring since there were lots of mechanics. Fast reaction time was needed because the game was fast-paced. I was so exhausted after the game since I had to crawl under my teammates' legs and run afterwards from the right to the left and vice versa. And I also got bruises on my knees!

b.) My classmates were about to complain since there were lots of mechanics which made the game more complicated. I think they were also complaining about crawling because we might get bruised which was exactly what happened to me. But I guess they had a lot of fun running around from side to side. It was fun because it came to a point when it was almost chaotic which was where the fun of the game is.

c.) If I were the reporter, I won't add the use of the paper to the variation of the game. I think the variations given were fine except for the fact that we have to walk on the paper. The game became very complicated.

d.) I think everyone was on equal footing on this game. I didn't see a particular MVP of the game since everyone was so out of order. :)

TASA NA MAY TSAA
(Most Violent and Wet Game)

Reflections:
a.) The game became very violent. My face was actually hit by an elbow. I was so competitive that I wouldn't allow our opponent to enter our "cup." I dragged my group mates with me and I pushed our opponents away. It was fun although it got a little bit physical but I know that it was all for fun. :)

b.) Everyone was so competitive! The game got a little bit harsh because everyone was getting dragged or hit. Some also got wet since there was a bottle of water involved. I think everyone had fun playing the game. I would say that this game was one of the most memorable invented games that our class had played.

c.) I really liked the variation that was introduced to us so I prefer the same variation. I especially liked the use of water in one of the variation. It was fun!

d.) I think the MVP for this game was Al since he was so competitive. I think he was the one who unintentionally hit my face with his elbows. But it was alright. Even if he was the only one among his team members to attack our group, he was successful in penetrating our "cup."

LUKSONG TIBAK
(Longest Game to Play)

Reflections:
a.) At first I was confused with the directions given. I was the first player on the line so when I got confused, everyone on our team followed my lead which we discovered was wrong. So, we had a trial so that we'll know what we have to do. The game was very long to play since everyone must jump above each other's feet and then go to the back and then solve the word and butt-spell it afterwards. After that, you have to jump above each other's feet again until one of you reached the finish line. It was so time-consuming but fun.

b.) My classmates I think felt the same way. We were all so anxious to finish each of the mechanics of the game since there were a lot. But we all had fun while doing it.

c.) I liked their variation especially the one where we have to dance every after a jump. It was funny. Although some didn't take the dancing seriously, some did and it was so funny to watch.

d.) I think the MVP was still Al since he was the one in our team who always got to solve the word needed.

MAY BIHAG!
(Most Chaotic Game)

Reflections:
a.) Although I was a reporter, I was asked to play so that we will achieve the number of players needed for this game. It was fun. I think that the history of the game was pretty funny and very recent. It was fun when the "it" says "RAMPAGE!" and I panic because I'm confused whether I'd be a kulungan or bihag. It was fun because it was so chaotic but the chaos was part of the game.

b.) I think my classmates also think it was fun. Everyone just panics every time the "it" says "Rampage!". It's very chaotic in a good way. Fast reaction time was really what was needed in this game so that everyone can comprehend immediately whether he be a kulungan, bihag or the "it".

c.) Since I was really the reporter for this game, I won't change the variations given. I stand by the variations that we reported.

d.) I think there was no MVP since everyone panicked but all had fun.

GABI SA MUSEO
(Most Creative Game)

Reflections:
a.) I'm not really sure of the name of the game but I surely remembered how we played it. I just find the game very creative since we have to pose like statues. Aside from the creative poses, there was also an element of shock because before I knew it, I was already tagged.

b.) There was this one classmate of ours who made such difficult poses like back-bending and other bone-bending stunts that only her could do. That was actually a very nice technique. Too bad I'm not that flexible. Others were also unaware that they should run already so they ended up getting tagged. It was a lot of fun and a breath of fresh air. It was a totally new game for me.

c.) If I were a repoter, I'd ask the players to make a certain dance move instead of making static poses. I think that would be a lot more fun. :)

d.) I think the MVP was Eynes since she was the one who made the strange poses. :)
